Academic Year (September - June) 

Lesson tuition for the academic year is a flat rate split into 3 or 9 payments. The lesson tuition rate is based on length of lessons, a lesson season of 32 lessons, 3-make-up lessons, and recital. Lesson rate can be pro-rated for students starting later in the academic year.

Forty-Five Minute Private Lessons (September - June)

45 minute lessons are appropriate for middle school and high school students in Suzuki Book 2 and beyond

(includes 32 private lessons and annual recital, as well as 3 make-up/bonus lessons that are built into the lesson schedule)

• Tuition by Check:
• 3 payments of $480
• Please submit 3 checks in an envelope at the first lesson of the academic year. Checks should be dated 9/1/21, 12/1/21, and 3/1/22. I will keep the checks in a safe place and deposit them in the appropriate week. 
• Tuition by Cash-App/Venmo:
• 9 payments of $160 (no tuition due in June)
• I have accounts on CashApp and Venmo.  CashApp/Venmo payments can be made monthly in the first week of each month and is due by the 7th of each month.  Late payments will result in being asked to switch to pre-written, post-dated checks. (Venmo @Amanda-Hockenberger, Cash-App $amandaviolin)

Thirty-Minute Private Lessons (September - June)

30 minute lessons are appropriate for elementary school age beginners studying Suzuki Book 1 and Suzuki Book 2. 

(includes 32 private lessons and annual recital, as well as 3 make-up/bonus lessons that are built into the lesson schedule)

• Tuition  by Check:
• 3 payments of $360
• Please submit 3 checks in an envelope at the first lesson of the academic year. Checks should be dated 9/1/21, 12/1/21, and 3/1/22. I will keep the checks in a safe place and deposit them in the appropriate week. 
• Tuition by CashApp/Venmo:  
• 9 payments of $120 (no payments due in June)

Summer Lessons - My regular students typically take 4-8 summer lessons depending on their family schedule.  Tuition for all summer lessons is due at the first lesson of the summer.  

• 30-minute summer lessons (elementary school age) - $35 per lesson
• 45-minute summer lessons (middle school, high school) - $45 per lesson
